We are a Food Wholesaler (Beverage Ingredients & Specialty Products)

We are seeking a sales-driven Account Manager to manage and grow key and wholesale customer accounts. This role carries revenue responsibility and focuses on driving sales growth, expanding product penetration, and strengthening long-term partnerships with high-volume customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Own sales performance and revenue growth for assigned key and wholesale accounts

- Develop and execute account growth strategies, including pricing, volume programs, and product expansion

- Lead commercial discussions, contract renewals, and sales negotiations

- Actively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account value

- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and warehouse teams to deliver on sales commitments

- Maintain accurate sales activity, forecasts, and pipeline tracking using CRM and ERP systems

Will attend Tradeshows throughout the year and visit clients.

Qualifications

- 4+ years of B2B sales or account management experience with direct revenue responsibility

- Proven ability to drive sales growth within key or wholesale accounts

- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills

- Comfortable using ERP systems and CRM platforms

- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally

- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience

- English required, bilingual in Chinese, Vietnamese, or Spanish preferred
